VAN LIFE COOKIES No Bake, 3 ingredients

Hey there friends of Destination Sacred Grounds,

This week I discovered a super easy, cheap, no bake, 3 ingredient cookie recipe that's perfect for on the road living. It also covers those of you who don't like baking and are looking for a healthy, easy snack that doesn't take up too much time.

  • Peanut Butter (or any other nut butter you may prefer) - half a cup

  • Banana Puree - 6 table spoons

  • Quick Oats - 1 cup

Added extras

  • Chia seeds or nuts, seeds, fruits, chocolate chips that you may like


  • Line a large tray with baking paper.

  • Add all three ingredients and any extras to a large mixing bowl. Stir and mix until ingredients are thoroughly combined and mixture turns into a thick dough.

  • Roll ball between hands to form a round ball. Place round ball onto prepared tray. Press down on dough ball with hand to form a thick round disk.

  • Cookies can be enjoyed right away but its best placing them in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes. This will firm up the cookies further.
