We have hit session five, almost the end of this series. I hope you have had the opportunity to work your way along the different mindfulness methods we have covered so far. There is a world of amazement when we disconnect from the matrix and enter the world of stillness, one that is definitely better experienced for yourself.
So, I invite you to being your attention to today’s vlog. The aim within this session is to practice all methods together which were covered over the last three sessions: breath awareness, body scan and sound awareness. When putting these practices together it will really allow you to utilize these methods within your natural environment. It will go for a little longer however if you have been practicing all along then it will be a great time frame for you.
The next quest I have for you is go put aside a little time each day whether that is 30 seconds or 30 minutes. This is your practice, so you decide with whatever time frame you have available. Bring your focus to the breath, sit within that for a couple of moments, then feel into the body and recognize all that goes on within this space then listen out and tune in to any sounds around you without getting lost in the story. The aim is to continue putting these practices into action.
